Consult: Through careful consultation, we can develop your form based on your current equipment and needs, or we can make suggestions on how you can update your business to current industry trends. Once we have an idea on your needs and the work required, we'll give you an estimate on the cost of having it printed. For existing customers, the consultation process is simply a matter of faxing us a copy of the changes you need to your form. We'll update your existing artwork and send you a proof for approval and further modifications.
Design: Our skilled art department will take your needs and develop your form accordingly. We can even design an eye catching logo...if yours isn't already, that is. Proofs are generally sent via fax or email, though we have been known to bring a hardcopy to customers ourselves on special occasions. We continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied. Once you've approved the design, we give you a final quote and send the artwork to the manufacturer.
Print: As a print broker, we can get your forms printed at the best quality for a low price, and we guarantee satisfaction. Our manufacturers are industry leaders, always delivering outstanding quality. Also, having multiple manufacturers quoting on your order ensures competitive pricing...price savings which are passed on to you. Why go to the trouble of getting several quotes when we can do it for you?
Distribute: Your forms will be delivered by courier directly to your door, usually within 10 business days of order authorization. And remember, shipping is included in the quoted price. For loyal customers with repeat orders requiring infrequent modifications, we'll even store some boxes on hand at no additional cost to you. If you're running low, you can just give us a call and we'll have you the forms by next day. We'll even let you know when it's time to reorder!
